Ticket System

Welcome to the SavvyMx Ticket System

You must login with your user name and password to access the SavvyMx Ticket System. Once you are logged in, you may select the desired operation from the menu tabs above.

  • Tickets, Posts and Documents: The heart of Savvy's system, tickets are textual communications pertaining to a particular Aircraft between the client (owner), account manager, service center, and/or technician. A new ticket may be created by any of these parties. Once created, a ticket may have any number of Posts appended to it while the Ticket remains active. A Post consists of a user-entered text, and may also contain one or more attachments (Documents). Documents may include maintenance records, logbook entries, discrepancy lists, cost estimates, work orders, invoices, engine monitor data, etc. A Ticket may be in active or closed status. Any party may close a ticket once the ticket is no longer needed. Closed tickets are archived in perpetuity and are still accessible. The act of posting to a closed ticket automatically re-activates the ticket.
      
  • Aircraft: Includes year, make, model, serial number, registration (N-number), client (owner), primary and backup account managers, annual due date, contract start and expiration dates, insurance status, maintenance record status, etc.
      
  • Contacts: A person or company, including address, phone, fax, and email information. A contact can have one or more of the following roles: prospect, client, account manager, service center, technician, and other.
